A Benefit for The Storefront Artist Project's Mentor Program

The Storefront Artist Project will hold a Benefit Art Raffle on December 12th at 124 Fenn Street in Pittsfield from 8-10pm.

Artworks (all 12 inches by 12 inches) by some of the best artists in the Berkshires will be raffled off on Wednesday December 12. Tickets will be sold for $25.  Each ticket will be deposited in and drawn from a hat (or similar container).  As tickets are plucked the purchaser in turn gets to take home his or her 12x12 of choice.
Every ticket purchased guarantees an artwork.

Admission $10.
Donating artists and ticket holders get in free.
Cash bar will be available.
All proceeds go to funding the Storefront’s Mentor Program.

In 2007 the Storefront Project initiated the Artist Mentor Program in which High School students work one on one with a professional artist. Over the course of a semester they work together on a project in the studio of the artist. This coming January the Storefront will hold an exhibition of work produced this past year.

The raffle will be held on December 12 at 124 Fenn Street from 8-10pm.

The Mission of the Storefront Artist Project is to connect artists and the art making process to the community, serving diverse and underserved
populations; to present innovative exhibitions; and to create publicly visible, temporary workspace for professional artists.
